A rating of how well teams have played in this World Cup according to Adjusted xG. Dead rubbers excluded. Numbers for each match are compared to how an average round of 32 team would be projected to do in that match, given the home field advantage situation and opposition. (That’s why the average is negative, the teams are being compared to an above average team for the tournament, one that qualified for the knockouts.)
First, expected points compared to an average round of 32 team’s projected points in that match.
And adjusted xG difference compared to an average round of 32 team’s projected xG difference in that match.
